Sweat Your Asana Off Summer Challenge
It’s Summer! A time of vacations, barbecues, patios, and... remembering your yoga practice?
Fear not! If your yoga practice usually takes a back seat during the Summer months, we’ve got a fun challenge to keep you inspired and sweaty all Summer long with some awesome prizes too!
Starting with the Summer Solstice, practice with all of our regular class teachers through July and August and you’ll be entered in our drawing to win our grand prize: SIX MONTHS of FREE yoga!
There will be many other prizes and perks throughout the Summer, and everyone who completes the challenge will receive a special Summer edition Yoga One tank top!
Here's How it Works
Sign up for the Sweat Your Asana Off Summer Challenge by making a $5 donation to One-Breath.org. This allows us to help track your practices and supports an amazing organization bringing yoga to social justice spaces in Charlotte.
After signing up you can pick up your challenge tracking card at either Yoga One location. There is a sticker station for you to mark your cards all summer long with every teacher you take!
Take a class with each instructor listed by August 31 to complete the challenge and be entered into prize drawings.
There are two special spots on the tracking card for surprise events throughout the Summer!
Please note, everyone gets free spaces for Nita Patel, Briley Burris, and Catherine Roberts.
You can also fill in your Special Class spots by attending the following classes or workshops:
- A class with new Teacher Jud Hall
- Handstands 101 with Luis
- Grace & Agility with Ian
- Hips Don't Lie with Alyce
- Shake Your Chakras with Bethany

AFFECTING SOCIAL CHANGE ONE BREATH AT A TIME
The mission of One-breath.org is to end the cycle of chronic homelessness, incarceration, and trauma that often accompanies the disease of addiction and mental health issues through the use of yoga and mindfulness practices.
Their vision is to help in healing the whole person - body, mind, and spirit - in order to be a force for social change in the Charlotte Community - One Breath at a Time.
