Power Fusion Master Class

The Baptiste Journey Into Power Flow is a perfect blueprint to incorporate a weight training session.

Why add weights to a yoga session?

By combining the two workouts you can effectively and efficiently burn calories, build muscle and increase your flexibility.


The class will begin with a meditation so that you can ground and get a sense of your physical body.

Sun Salutations will be used to warm up the body then you will pick up the weights as we move into the vitality series.


Expect to move and and build an inner fire as we hold poses and complete 10-15 reps per pose in equanimity, grounding, igniting and stability.

The class will end with a wind down and include poses from the opening, rejuvenation, restoration and deep rest series.

If you want to kick your practice up a notch and learn how to incorporate weights into your yoga practice this class is for you!
