Join Tai and Ragan Wren as we dive into the power of our autonomic nervous system and its effect on stress, pain, breath and thought.
We will discuss the power of the vagus nerve, how it relates to our response to stress and what we can do to create new pathways for showing up in our lives with the help of simple exercises and breath work.
Following the discussion we will have a brief yin yoga practice closed by yoga nidra to move the body and mind into a deep experience of rest, peace and relaxation.
