Flow Solo: Cultivating a Home Practice

May 23, 2020 12pm

The state of the world right now has us all practicing at home, probably more than we ever have. Online and live stream classes are awesome, and still, some days wouldn’t it be nice to just roll out your mat and flow?

Are you inspired to have a home practice, but don’t know where to begin? Have you tried to flow on your own, but feel stuck or unsure?

In this workshop, you’ll learn the simple building blocks that create a complete practice, no matter how much time you have, what your physical abilities are, or what type of movement fits your mood. Using these building blocks, you’ll explore different sequences and ideas to create your own flow based on how you want to move and what your body needs.

You’ll discover and debunk the common misconceptions about a home practice and redefine what it looks like for you. This workshop is for everybody - new yogis who want to understand the simple elements of a yoga practice, seasoned practitioners who want to feel empowered to lead themselves, even teachers who want to explore new ways of structuring their own classes.

The skills and knowledge you gain from this workshop will inform and inspire your practice for years to come!
