Yoga during pregnancy has been proven to improve maternal comfort, labor pain and birth outcomes. Do you want to take your prenatal yoga practice deeper and strengthen your connection with your baby?
During this workshop we will work on breath work through mediation, a tool often used during labor. We will also spend time finding and becoming aware of your pelvic floor.
Flow through postures that help balance the hips and prepare the pelvis for labor and delivery and practice exercises to strengthen the abdominal muscles you need in labor to help baby with babies exit.
