Baby & Me

Baby & Me focuses on strengthening the spiritual, emotional, and physical bond between parent (or caregiver) and child. Come move your body with intention and confidence in a vinyasa practice that includes Baby! Baby & Me is open to parents and caregivers of babies 4 weeks to crawling. It takes a village to raise a child. Welcome to your 4th trimester village!
