My Journey with Yoga One & Baptiste Yoga
My journey with Yoga One started in the 40 day program. My husband and I were struggling with fertility issues for some time and it had started to take over my life. I made a decision to let go and do something for myself, that being the 40 days program. I rocked out my practice and landed daily on my mat, took time for mediation and started a new practice of inquiry. I am sure you can guess, where this story ends, yes at the end of 40 days we were pregnant. One can say it was luck and in my soul I know I had let myself be free before magic would happen. I let go of worry and let be. My body aligned with my soul and a miracle happened. My daughter is now 5 years old and starting Kindergarten.
Fast-forward 2 years, and 2 miscarriages later and I signed up to attend teacher training. As, I leaned into my life I was reminded how important it was for me to do all the things that put me in my best state of mind. You can probably guess, it did just that and the last weekend of my 200hr training, we found out we were pregnant with another healthy baby girl. Life could not be more sweet or clear. I was exactly where I was supposed to be.
So here I am 7 years from starting my journey at Yoga One helping to lead the prenatal yoga program and getting to give joy, love and compassion to where my soul told be I was meant to be.
I am joy, love, & power.
Personal motto/ words I live by: Don’t wait for the perfect time. The perfect time is now.
