When I'm not at the studio, you can find me: chasing my baby girl Windsor around the house, hanging out with my hubby Chris all while huffing essential oils and talking about the enneagram.

My Journey with Yoga One and Baptiste Yoga

I walked into Yoga One and immediately felt like I was home. I had just moved to Charlotte from Los Angeles and was praying that I’d find a community to feel part of. I was looking for a place to belong, to feel connected and it was clear right away that Yoga One was the answer. I jumped in head first. I had already been teaching yoga for a couple of years but The Journey into Power Flow and Baptiste Methodology transformed my practice and I wanted to learn how to TEACH it and LIVE. I decided to do TT at Yoga One. The methodology felt so simple, so accessible and at the same time so POWERFUL. I noticed my communication patterns changing in my relationships. I realized that I was stronger than I ever knew. I started to believe that anything was possible and that the way we choose to respond to situations around us changes everything. I learned that in order to be able to say YES to important things in my life, I needed to know when to say NO. Saying NO gives way for an even bigger YES.

Teaching at Yoga One over the last 6 years has been one of the biggest joys of my life. I love connecting with students and seeing people grow. The community has been a rock for me during multiple miscarriages, fertility treatments and eventually the birth of my sweet little miracle baby girl. The tools I’ve gained from Baptiste Yoga have helped my marriage thrive. I am endlessly grateful to be part of this special place and will always be proud to be a Yoga One teacher.

I am joy. I am enough.

Personal motto/ words I live by: When you look for the good, you’ll find it.
