Acro Yoga is a partner based practice that incorporates elements of Acrobatics and Yoga.
This style of yoga, Acro, helps you learn and boost your levels of communication, trust, community and confidence with lasting results you'll see in your super-strong core and total-body workout of fun. You don’t need a partner to get started, just a willingness to learn in an atmosphere of positive vibes!
In this workshop, Kris & Jason will teach some of the basic moves and string them together in a flow YOU can access with ease and joy. The moves are Plank, Bird, Bow, Folded Leaf, Hippie Twist, Side Star, High Flying Whale, Throne and Shoulder Stand. No experience necessary and fun guaranteed!
