Get out of your head and onto your hands!
Discover how strong you really are in this 4-part series, with special guest teacher Jaimis Huff. We will dive into a playful practice, called 'The Rocket' because "it gets you there faster.” This vibrant routine was created by Larry Schultz, and is based on the traditional poses and variations from Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. He developed these sequences while touring as the yoga teacher for The Grateful Dead to invigorate and strengthen students while staying accessible to everyone. All levels are encouraged to join Jaimis and discover the power and fun!
